As Project Manager, Amanda brings with her over 8 years of experience in urban economic development and city planning. Amanda has managed complex projects, contractors and multi-million-dollar budgets and can perform market analyses, pro formas, and preliminary due diligence. She has a thorough understanding of federal, state and local financing tools related to real estate development, including TIF, DIF, I-Cubed, 23L, Mass Works, TIGER, NMTC and LIHTCs. Amanda has successfully worked with mayors and town administrators across the Commonwealth and has a proven ability to overcome project roadblocks by building consensus among municipalities, developers, residents and community leaders.
Amanda’s current projects include the redevelopment of the Edison Power Plant in South Boston and the McIntyre Federal Building in Portsmouth, NH. Her advisory clients include Simmons University, BioMed Realty Trust and MITIMCo.
