Project Manager

David is a project manager focusing on ground-up and tenant fit-out construction for corporate, financial, and retail clients. He has served as the primary manager on several assignments, helping to develop and maintain master schedules and budgets, leading the RFP process, and value engineering. He is responsible for design review, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and coordinating with third-party vendors and other technical team members to advance a project’s progress. Most recently, David oversaw several retail construction projects for TD Bank in the New England market, two of which were ground-up developments.
