Project Manager

Neil is a practiced municipal planner with a focus on development review. He works closely with project teams to assess development plans, collaborates with clients to shape the short- and long-term real estate goals, and offers critical permitting strategies for municipal approvals. Neil previously worked as the chief planner and a senior land use planner for the City of Newton’s Department of Planning and Development, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day efforts of the Current Planning division and contributing his expertise to city-wide improvement projects.
