Redgate is working with BioMed Realty to develop a mixed-use lab building with a performing arts component in Cambridge, MA. The development is located on Third Street in Kendall Square and is the last undeveloped parcel in BioMed Realty’s existing 10-acre Kendall Square portfolio. It was announced today, March 10, 2021, that BioMed Realty will be partnering with Global Arts Live to create a new performance venue and community arts space.
