We understand that it is not truly possible to achieve and sustain these core values unless the Redgate team, and our business partners, better reflect the diversity of our broader society and we take more deliberate measures to ensure that everyone at a growing and increasingly diverse Redgate will continue to feel a sense of participation, belonging and community.

Our company culture aims to be one of transparency, collaboration, engagement and prosperity.  We recognize that within our industry and society, there exists inequalities in race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, religion and more- which can create a different experience in life and work.  We therefore must ensure that inclusivity is also part of our culture, and that we extend this into our industry and the communities in which we work.

This work is not an “initiative” with a defined beginning and end.  It must be and will be a lens through which we view Equity and Inclusion as fundamentally part of Redgate.

In Our Workplace

In Our Investments

In our investment properties, we proactively seek to work with diverse businesses including minority business enterprises (MBE) and women business enterprises (WBE). We design, build, and manage our projects with the goal of strengthening and enhancing the diverse communities in which they reside. Redgate has also formed a partnership with Catalyst Ventures Development to expand wealth and opportunity for people of color through real estate development and investments called Catalyst RCP.

In The Community

Through organizations like CREW Boston and the Builders of Color Coalition, we are actively engaged to improve DEIB across the real estate industry.
