Kristi Dowd

Principal

Kristi Dowd brings more than 25 years of experience advising mission-driven institutions on complex real estate, capital planning, and project delivery decisions. As a Principal at Redgate, she leads advisory and project management assignments for higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and public sector clients, helping organizations align real estate strategy with institutional vision, program needs, asset optimization, financial goals, and implementation realities.
Kristi also helps drive Redgate’s growth across its three regional offices, with a focus on advancing the firm’s institutional advisory and owner’s project management platform. Her work sits at the intersection of institutional mission and commercial real estate execution. She helps clients clarify what they need their assets to achieve, test what is financially and operationally feasible, and structure the path forward through planning, partnerships, approvals, and delivery.
Her experience spans master planning, feasibility analysis, mixed-use and residential development, academic and healthcare facilities, new construction, renovation, historic rehabilitation, and complex entitlement environments, including local zoning and development approvals. Prior to joining Redgate in 2021, Kristi served as Principal and New England Regional Director of Program and Project Management for Stantec in Boston.
Kristi has been recognized with the Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award and by New England Real Estate Journal as a 2022 Woman in Commercial Real Estate. She is Past President and current Advisory Board member of PWC Boston, an At-Large Board Member for CRE Collaborative, and previously served on the City of Medford Community Development Board and Community Preservation Committee.
