MPM BioImpact, a top biotechnology investment company, hired Redgate to assist them in completing their new headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. The Redgate project team faced the challenge of a very tight construction schedule and implemented innovative methods to streamline the project timeline.

Redgate was determined to ensure that MPM BioImpact could relocate to its new headquarters within the desired timeframe. Our team explored various options to shorten the construction timeline for the entire project, carefully selecting materials and products with lead times that could work within the tight schedule. Similarly, a desired change to the lobby ceiling was postponed until after occupancy, as making the change earlier – as is typically done – would have caused a delay in the move-in date.

Redgate delighted MPM BioImpact by managing the tight schedule expertly and delivering a beautiful new headquarters on time and within budget.
