Project Manager

Tim is a project manager specializing in ground-up construction and tenant improvement assignments across corporate, life sciences, mixed-use, residential, nonprofit, technology, and institutional market sectors, with additional expertise in core/shell developments, repositioning projects, and civil site infrastructure. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, Tim excels in coordinating and executing all aspects throughout the project lifecycle. His responsibilities include managing project timelines, design and construction, permitting strategy, budget development, cost control/risk analysis, and ensuring seamless stakeholder communication while working in various project management, strategic advisory, and development management capacities.

A LEED AP BD+C professional, Tim is highly knowledgeable in sustainable building practices and green certifications. He integrates eco-friendly solutions into his projects to meet clients’ environmental goals and enhance energy efficiency. His comprehensive skillset allows him to manage diverse project types, reducing the carbon footprint and providing long-term operational savings for his clients. Tim holds an MIT SA+P Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment certificate and is an active NAIOP member.
