Carley has over 11 years of experience in commercial construction and project delivery. Known for her strategic leadership and collaborative approach, Carley oversees complex development projects with a focus on budget management, stakeholder coordination, and team mentorship. Her background includes extensive work in preconstruction, estimating, and full-cycle project execution across office, residential, and institutional sectors.

Prior to joining Redgate, Carley served as a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction, leading high-profile projects such as the $240 million South Bell Street mixed-use towers and the Northern Virginia Science Center. She is known for her ability to manage large teams, maintain rigorous financial controls, and foster strong relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
