Financial Analyst

Will applies his analytical and technical skill set to lead, in partnership with Redgate’s Principals and Business Line Leaders, the financial and analytical aspects of real estate projects within Redgate’s Advisory Services Group. He specializes in developing and refining sophisticated financial models, conducting detailed market research, and preparing thoughtful financial analyses for clients — including highest and best use studies, acquisition and investment feasibility analyses, and disposition evaluations for both ground-up developments and existing assets. 

Before joining Redgate, Will worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Business Operations Manager, where he valued more than 700 properties, coordinated 50 transactions, and oversaw team operations and procedures.
