Redgate Announces Promotions and New Hires to Support Strategic Growth
Leading real estate investment and advisory firm advances rising leaders and expands team across key markets

BOSTON, MA – April 6, 2026 – Redgate, a leading real estate investment and advisory firm, today announced a series of promotions and new hires across the firm. These appointments recognize individuals who exemplify the leadership, collaboration, and thoughtful approach that underpin Redgate’s client and partner relationships. Grounded in the firm’s core values—Driven to Lead, Thrive on Connection, and Embrace Humility—these personnel advancements support Redgate’s long-term strategy to double in size over the next decade as it expands its platform across New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and North Carolina.
This announcement follows Redgate’s move to its new headquarters, a strategic expansion into a 10,000-square-foot space, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and investment in a workplace designed to support its evolving team. Since relocating in August 2025, Redgate has added 11 professionals across operations, project management, advisory, and financial analysis, spanning roles from Assistant Project Manager to Director. This growth extends across its offices, with additional hiring anticipated as the firm continues to scale.

Promotions across the firm include:
- Molly Kennedy, Associate Vice President: Molly plays a key role within Redgate’s vertically integrated investment and development platform, Redgate Capital Partners, contributing to predevelopment, entitlement, and construction management efforts across the firm’s growing residential portfolio. Her work includes several East Boston projects, including 355 Bennington, 1141 Bennington, and Addison. She contributed to advancing 355 Bennington, one of the only institutional multifamily developments in Boston to break ground last year. In her role, Molly helps position projects for long-term success while supporting neighborhood growth and expanded housing opportunities. She is active in NAIOP Massachusetts.
- Sara Smith, Associate Vice President: Known for her ability to bring teams together, Sara contributes to Redgate’s Transition Planning and Operational Readiness work, preparing people, processes, and facilities for day one and beyond. She works closely with institutional and corporate clients to align stakeholders, anticipate operational needs, and support smooth transitions from planning and development through occupancy, including such work for Simmons University, Boston Medical Center and major corporate and consumer brands undergoing market relocations. She was recognized in 2025 with Redgate’s Thrive on Connection core value award, and is a member of CoreNet, and the firm’s Culture & Inclusion team.
- Julia Gutierrez, Senior Project Manager, LEED GA: Julia is a sustainability-focused project leader who supports institutions in achieving environmental and energy performance goals through thoughtful, high-impact solutions. She contributes across a diverse portfolio spanning higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, and life sciences clients, including the award-winning envelope and energy-use reduction project at the Harvard Graduate School of Design’s Gund Hall. Recognized as a 2025 GlobeSt. Women of Influence Rising Star, Julia is valued for her attention to detail and ability to navigate complex challenges across projects, including those for Dartmouth College, Boston Medical Center, and 585 Kendall. She is a LEED Green Associate, who contributes to CREW Boston’s Sustainability Committee, and mentors through The Valedictorian Project.
- Peter Siciliano, Senior Project Manager: Peter contributes to complex healthcare projects, with experience supporting work in active clinical environments, including long-standing engagements with Boston Medical Center and UMass Memorial Health. He is known for his ability to manage highly coordinated, technical projects with minimal operational disruption. His experience spans surgical expansions, compounding pharmacies, emergency department renovations, and complex outpatient oncology care environments. He also brings experience supporting radiology and advanced imaging projects, including recent MRI replacement work requiring close coordination with clinical teams and vendors. Peter is an active member of American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and New England Healthcare Engineers’ Society (NEHES).
- Alex Walker, Senior Project Manager: Alex contributes to complex healthcare and higher education projects for clients including Boston Medical Center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, UMass Lowell, and Dartmouth College. Her work includes the Yawkey 5 and 6 Inpatient Expansion at Boston Medical Center, which received the CMAA New England Chapter’s Project of the Year award and the 2025 Baldwin Group Build America Award. She is known for helping align multidisciplinary teams and navigating construction within active environments to support environmental and operational safety. She is an active member of Professional Women in Construction Boston and was recently accepted into its inaugural 2026 Leadership Development Program.
- Andrea Rizzo, Project Manager: Andrea contributes to the delivery of complex life science, tenant fit out, and healthcare projects, including Sturdy Health’s Cancer and Specialty Care Medical Office Building, which was completed on time and under budget and praised by the client as one of their smoothest move-ins to date. She is currently supporting the delivery of Sturdy’s Emergency Department, which recently topped off. In addition to her project work, Andrea serves as President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Boston and is pursuing a Master of Science in Smart Cities Construction Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Through her leadership with NAWIC, she has elevated the organization’s visibility, including introducing Maura Healey at the chapter’s annual National Women in Construction Week event.
- Kameran Clapp, Project Manager: Kameran supports complex engagements for major pharmaceutical and corporate companies experiencing rapid national growth across multi-site portfolios. Known for her design sensibility and attention to detail, she contributes to project planning and execution, helping deliver thoughtful, high-performing outcomes across Redgate’s North Carolina portfolio.
- Chris Broderick, Associate: Chris supports Redgate’s development, acquisition, and advisory initiatives through financial, market, and feasibility analysis, contributing valuable insight to the firm’s investment strategies. His work spans financial modeling, due diligence and design coordination, and asset management, helping guide projects from early-stage analysis through execution. Chris has also played a key role in advancing Redgate’s expansion into North Carolina, leading market research and pursuit efforts as the firm continues to grow its investment and advisory platforms in high-growth markets.
- Caroline Stanton, HR Manager: Caroline plays an important role in supporting Redgate’s people and culture, helping ensure smooth operations while contributing to the firm’s ability to attract and onboard talent. Her work spans payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding, reflecting a strong commitment to employee experience. In her new role, she will continue to build on this foundation while supporting employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Redgate’s 11 new hires span its three regions and include roles ranging from Assistant Project Manager to Director across project management, finance, and operations.
