In Memory of Greg Bialecki

More About Greg

Greg doesn’t really like vegetables, but he did help create the Boston Public Market.

Principal, Colleague, Mentor, and Friend. Forever Remembered.

Greg will be remembered by colleagues and clients, many of whom became close friends, for his dedication to public service, mentorship, and genuine approach to real estate development that sought to create beneficial outcomes for all parties and communities.

He pursued his passion for equality with purpose, as a member of the Board of Directors for Boston Neighborhood CLT, Tech Foundry, and Women’s Foundation, organizations that address racial inequities, elevate under-represented groups into sustainable careers, and that support the well-being of women and girls in the Greater Boston area.

Greg brought more than 30 years of expertise to Redgate, holding leadership positions in both the public and private sector throughout his career, including six years as Cabinet Secretary for the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Greg bestowed his knowledge well beyond his professional network, as a member of the Advisory Board of Boston College’s Rappaport Center for Law & Public Policy, an Adjunct Real Estate and Public Policy Professor at Northeastern University, and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Boston Society of Architecture Foundation.

A loving father, husband, and incredible colleague, Greg will be dearly missed. His wisdom will forever provide an inspiration to our team and be a cornerstone of Redgate.
