Redgate has partnered with Catalyst Ventures Development to form Catalyst RCP, a joint venture with the goal of expanding wealth and opportunity for people of color through real estate development and investments. Led by Managing Principal Darryl Settles alongside Redgate Principals Kyle Warwick and Greg Bialecki, Catalyst RCP is a 51%/49% minority-owned entity. The partnership allows the two firms to pursue real estate investment development projects together and provide opportunities to minority business enterprise (MBE) and women business enterprise (WBE) businesses. Catalyst RCP seeks to be the spark that redefines the meaning of inclusivity in real estate. Since 2016, Redgate and Catalyst have invested in and developed urban projects together.
