2024 Women In Real Estate Awards: Kristi Dowd

As Executive Vice President at Redgate, Kristi Dowd leads the firm’s Institutional Services practice. She manages eight to ten client accounts at a time, generates new business, and serves as principal in charge of all project assignments. Dowd is accountable for the quality, schedule and financial success of each institutional project her team works on, managing over $5 million in fees each year.

Over the past decade, Dowd has utilized integrated project delivery to successfully guide large institutional clients, including Boston Medical Center, one of the largest healthcare systems in the Greater Boston area. Additionally, Dowd and her team have served as trusted advisors to Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC), the largest community college in Massachusetts.

Dowd completed her term as President of the Boston Chapter of Professional Women in Construction (PWC Boston) in August 2024. As a long-time member and past chair of sponsorship of the organization, Dowd created the organization’s fundraising strategy.

Dowd is a member of NAIOP, CREW Boston, and the New England Healthcare Engineers Society. Dowd also participates in career mentoring events for students at Madison Park Vocational Technical High School and Bunker Hill Community College and has been named a Woman in Commercial Real Estate by the New England Real Estate Journal.

These are just a few reasons Kristi Dowd is one of the Boston & New England Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
