During a time when few restaurants are thriving, we have teamed up with restaurateur Michael Aldi for three restaurants just outside of Boston located within our 500 Ocean Avenue and Ryder projects. These success stories are prominently featured in a Boston Globe article “Amid restaurant closures in Boston, there is an opportunity to reshape the city’s dining scene for years to come.” In the article Michael is quoted about the success he’s experienced moving just outside of Boston. Also discussed is how Redgate doesn’t emphasize these restaurants as the money-maker of our buildings, but rather they help drive prospects to want to rent and live in the environments we create.
