Redgate is partnered with POAH, a nonprofit, to develop Clarendon Hill in Somerville, MA. The project includes rebuilding the current 216 units of affordable housing, and adding 80 units of middle-income housing and 295 market rate apartments. The project has been in the works for four years and we finally received a unanimous vote of approval on September 30th. The Zoning Board of Approval signed off on 44 waivers to the zoning code that came with a list of 150 conditions governing everything from stormwater to parking to requiring the development meet the highest energy efficiency standards.
