Friday February 14, 2020 University of Maryland and the City of College Park officials gathered to break ground on a new city hall. Our Mid-Atlantic region is servicing this highly anticipated project with the goal of making College Park a top-20 college town. Construction of the new city hall is expected to take around 18 months, with an anticipated move-in date in August 2021. Read more about this project here.
