Alex Dubanowitz

Principal
Alex joined Redgate in 2013, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Corporate Services Lead. With over 20 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary projects, coupled with his background in engineering and physics, Alex brings unique perspective that ensures seamless integration across teams, thorough tactical delivery, and positive end-user experiences.
Alex’s responsibilities include project schedule and budget development and management; project team assembly; design and construction oversight; logistical coordination; reporting; stakeholder coordination; and neighborhood outreach. His work is evidenced within law firms, technology companies, hotels, medical office buildings, financial institutions and their retail establishments, and at nonprofit centers with recreational components. His experience spans project management, civil/geotechnical/environmental engineering, construction mitigation, and site development for various projects, including new construction, major renovations, renewable energy installations, and environmental remediations.
Prior to joining Redgate, Alex worked at CSL Consulting as an owner’s representative for construction mitigation at Harvard University, managing over 1.4 MSF of mixed-use institutional construction and renovation initiatives. Alex was also a design engineer and project manager for environmental, geotechnical, and civil engineering design and construction projects while at SEA Consultants. He is a licensed professional engineer.
