Assistant Project Manager

Avery brings over five years of project management experience across real estate development, urban design, and planning. As an Assistant Project Manager, she supports clients from planning and design through construction and occupancy. Drawing on academic training and hands-on experience, Avery has developed expertise in development finance, market analysis, construction and project management, and land use law and policy. Her interdisciplinary foundation enables a thoughtful, strategic approach to navigating complex projects. Her portfolio includes work with notable clients such as Dartmouth College, and the Lenox Hotel.

Avery brings practical industry insight from her work with a New York-based urban development firm, and an urban design organization, where she supported programmatic zoning code reform efforts. She is driven by a passion for creating sustainable, equitable, and inspiring places that strengthen communities and enhance the built environment.
