Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator at Redgate, Charlotte supports real estate advisory and project management efforts, providing analytical and administrative support across Asset Management, Accounting, and Operations, with a focus on financial modeling, investor reporting, and data integrity. She also contributes to budgeting, performance tracking, technology implementation, and strategic initiatives such as fundraising and investor relations. 

Charlotte has held roles in development, asset management, and investment sales with experience in middle-market and institutional assets of all types. Charlotte holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Fordham University.
