Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, Chris brings over 25 years of project management experience from the architecture and construction industry to Redgate. He has designed and administered construction on numerous Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Senior Living projects throughout his career. Chris is responsible for facilitating all aspects of the project management process, including schematic and design development, contractor selection, budget and schedule management, construction administration, and team communication. His specific expertise in commercial project experience includes design and construction of over 1.5 million square feet of both core/shell office and retail construction, along with office fit-out work.  

Prior to joining Redgate, Chris worked as a project manager and project engineer at John Moriarty & Associates and senior project manager and construction administrator at DiMella Shaffer Associates.
