Assistant Project Manager

Cristian joins Redgate’s Raleigh team, adding broad expertise in scheduling, construction, finance, and contract management. He is proficient in using various project management software platforms and excels in contract negotiation and execution, contractor management, and design management, and collaborates effectively with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet stringent quality, schedule, and budget requirements. His comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of a project are meticulously planned and executed.

Cristian served in the United States Army from 2018 to 2020. During his service, he honed his leadership and organizational skills, developing discipline and strategic thinking that he now applies to his project management responsibilities.
