Senior Project Manager

Geoff is an expert building professional with over 15 years of practice as a licensed engineer and real estate project manager. He has led and managed complex ground-up construction for various large-scale projects, including a 275,000 SF healthcare facility in a dense urban neighborhood and, most recently, a 200,000 SF, NGBS Bronze-certified, 350-unit multifamily, also in an urbanized setting. As a Senior Project Manager, he focuses on design and construction management for Redgate’s capital projects and supports our pipeline of development opportunities in the New England and North Carolina markets.

Geoff was previously a project manager for the Hanover Company’s residential construction group. Before that, he was a project manager and the Director of Engineering at David A. Bosworth Co., Inc. overseeing all projects within the company’s portfolio.
