Jay Corbalis

Jay brings more than 12 years of experience leading complex real estate development, public-private partnerships, and transit-oriented development initiatives throughout the Washington metropolitan region. His expertise spans entitlement strategy, stakeholder engagement, infrastructure planning, and development execution, with a proven ability to align public and private interests to advance transformative projects. Prior to joining Redgate, Jay served as Vice President of Public Affairs at JBG Smith, where he led transportation and infrastructure initiatives supporting the evolution of National Landing and negotiated major public-private agreements with local and regional agencies. His experience also includes mixed-use development, redevelopment planning, community outreach, and land-use advisory services for public and private sector clients.
