Kristi Dowd

Principal

Drawing on more than 24 years’ experience, Kristi leads Redgate’s real estate advisory and project management assignments for higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, non-profit, and public sector clients. As Principal, Kristi focuses on driving growth across Redgate’s three regional offices. She is a strategic advisor to mission-driven organizations in developing real estate plans aligned to vision, programmatic goals, asset use optimization, and financial parameters. Kristi has worked alongside Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Medical Center, and Sturdy Health, to name a few. She joined Redgate in 2021, most recently serving as Redgate’s Executive Vice President and Institutional Services Lead.

Her diverse project experience spans master planning and project management of mixed-use and residential developments; retail and entertainment facilities; and, academic buildings and healthcare facilities for private and public sector clients. Projects managed include new construction, renovation, and historic rehabilitation. Kristi has in-depth experience with the City of Boston Article 80 Zoning Code development review and approvals. She is experienced in highly collaborative management methodologies, including Lean Management and Integrated Project Delivery.

Prior to Redgate, Kristi was Principal and New England Regional Director, Program and Project Management, for Stantec in Boston, MA. There she guided large institutional clients, such as Dartmouth College, Boston University, Boston Medical Center, and DCAMM, through complex master plans, feasibility analyses, and capital project implementation.
