Principal. Chief Financial Officer

Laura is a key member of Redgate’s leadership team and works closely with the firm’s Principals to define and execute the strategic direction and growth of the organization and its investments. She is responsible for the company’s financial management and performance, including oversight of accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting functions, as well as due diligence, investor reporting, and underwriting on behalf of Redgate Capital Partners, Redgate’s investment arm.

In addition to overseeing all financial functions, she collaborates closely with Redgate’s leadership team to define and execute strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. Laura plays an integral role in implementing programs that foster a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and positively contribute to organizational health.

Prior to joining Redgate, Laura was a partner at PKF O’Connor Davies LLP, a regional public accounting firm, where she led the Boston real estate practice. She was responsible for the profitability and growth of the practice, providing business advisory, financial reporting, tax, and other consulting services to real estate owners and developers in the Greater Boston area.
