Chief Financial Officer

Laura is a key member of Redgate’s leadership team and works closely with the firm’s principals to define and execute the strategic direction and growth of the organization and its investments. She is responsible for the company’s financial management and performance, including oversight of accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting functions. She supports the investment team in due diligence and underwriting for acquisitions and oversees the performance of the company’s projects and investor reporting. In addition, she leads the company’s compliance and risk management strategies.

Prior to joining Redgate, Laura was a partner at PKF O’Connor Davies LLP, a regional public accounting firm, where she led the Boston real estate practice. She was responsible for the profitability and growth of the practice, providing business advisory, financial reporting, tax, and other consulting services to real estate owners and developers in the Greater Boston area.
