Executive Vice President
Leif has over 20 years of senior executive management experience in the field of social and transportation infrastructure with a special emphasis on transit-oriented development, public-private partnerships and community engagement. He has led numerous inter-disciplinary teams responsible for delivering complex projects and programs in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In 2017, he received the DC Building Industry Association’s Public Sector Award.
