Lucilla has 15 years of experience managing the delivery of ambitious capital programs for institutional clients ranging from healthcare, higher education, to the arts. A strategic thinker, she has a proven ability to prioritize and oversee a wide range of critical issues and distill complex information for decision-makers. Prior to joining Redgate, she served as Assistant Director of Clinical Building Construction at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she managed in excess of $500M in core/shell, tenant fit-out, and renovation projects for clinical, research, and office program functions across Children’s Brookline and Longwood campus locations.
