Project Manager

Matt is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in commercial construction, with a specialized focus on life sciences space users. Driven by a deep appreciation for the complexity and nuance of building projects, he brings end-to-end project management expertise—from preconstruction through closeout. Matt’s strengths include constructability reviews, budget and schedule management, quality control, documentation, team leadership, and client communication. His portfolio spans both tenant improvement and core/shell projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, vivarium, cGMP, medical device and therapeutics, clean room, and healthcare clients.

Matt’s passion for the built environment was inspired by his father’s work developing and building custom homes. Regular visits to construction sites throughout his childhood instilled a lasting fascination with the industry and ultimately led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two young sons, when he’s not on a job site. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he finds adventure through mountain biking, snowboarding, surfing, and exploring new corners of the world.
