Principal

As Principal, Peter spearheads Redgate’s project management and advisory work on behalf of real estate investors and developers across the East Coast, particularly in Redgate’s key markets: New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Raleigh.

Throughout his career, Peter has served as a strategic partner to various pioneering companies to develop world-class residential buildings, office environments, and internationally recognized innovation hubs, such as Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA, considered the most innovative square mile on the planet, and Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, a community of more than 400 companies that spans 7,000 acres. He excels at building high performing teams that thrive off solving complex challenges. Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and construction management to his role as Principal.

Peter joined Redgate in 2012, previously serving as Executive Vice President and Investor Services Co-Lead. Prior to Redgate, he worked for Gilbane Building Company, a national construction management firm. While at Gilbane, he was responsible for overseeing schedule, budget, and quality on multiple projects, ranging from base building upgrades and corporate interior tenant improvements, to mission critical facilities.
