Multiple project fit-outs spanning four phases and two locations

This highly successful private equity firm has sought out Redgate’s project management services for seven different office fit-out projects spanning across several years and two locations.  What has made these projects unique is that our client has desired to fully occupy their space while renovations occurred.  It was important to ensure day-to-day business operations could continue without disruptions while ensuring construction progressed efficiently.

Redgate employed several creative solutions to ensure goals were met including establishing a separate access point for employees to enter the office.  Redgate also effectively upgraded HVAC without interrupting business operations.  Several fit-out projects for this client occurred during Covid when furniture, fixtures and equipment lead times were at their greatest and fluctuated weekly.  Redgate devised creative solutions to ensure all arrived in time including negotiating directly with the manufacturer and expediated shipping through air freight.

As is Redgate’s standard practice, this project was delivered on time and within budget and most importantly, our client was able to continue to run their business smoothly throughout construction.  This client has continued to hire Redgate for each consecutive phase due to exceptional project outcomes.
