Owner’s, project, and move management oversight for leased medical offices

Transformation Care Network (TCN) is a growing network of outpatient mental health clinics focused on delivering high quality psychiatry and therapy services. Redgate is managing the design and construction of TCN’s leased outpatient medical facilities for TCN as they expand into new markets across the country.

Once a site has been selected and lease negotiation is underway, Redgate supports work letter negotiation for both TI and turn-key delivery lease structures. Redgate then manages the deployment of TCN’s program standards through design and manages vendor selection for all contractors and FF&E installers. Finally, Redgate manages construction, FF&E installation, and move-in activities to deliver a patient-ready facility.

To date, Redgate has managed the delivery of 12 facilities.
