Multifamily Residential Building

Redgate was engaged to provide project management and development management services for the construction of a 91-unit multifamily residential building on a tight urban site in the bustling Kendall Square neighborhood.

As the Project Manager, Redgate was responsible for directing the efforts of the project team in design and construction related activities and ensuring our client’s investment was optimized. In addition to the traditional services, Redgate also assisted in the sale of the asset midstream during construction.
