Core/Shell Addition to an Existing Industrial Asset

Redgate led the design and construction of a 100,000 SF addition to an existing 215,000 SF industrial property at 36 Executive Drive in Hudson, New Hampshire. The building is a conventional industrial steel frame structure with load-bearing, tilt-up concrete wall panels with a 36’ clear height. Executive Drive can accommodate single-tenant or multi-tenant use. Base building construction finished in December 2021, and tenant improvements were completed in Q1 2022 based on existing commitments.
