Redgate has been working with CrossHarbor Capital Partners since early 2015 as an equity representative or co-investor on various multifamily and hospitality development projects locally and across the United States. In this role, we support pre-closing due diligence and underwriting, provide continual oversite of the design and construction, schedule and budget, including comprehensive monthly reporting and funding recommendations. Our owner-occupier expertise across the continuum of the real estate spectrum ensures that our client’s investment risk is managed with the best return realized.
