Mixed-Use Multifamily & Retail Development

West of Chestnut is a ground-up, LEED-certifiable mixed-use community in the heart of Quincy, comprised of two six-story buildings with ground-floor retail, amenities, and structured parking. Its location offers immediate access to the Commuter Rail and MBTA Red Line, with direct connections to South Boston, downtown Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville. The project includes the first location of a flagship restaurant concept from the growing restaurateur Fuji Group.

RCP partnered with a landowner to execute an off-market acquisition, leveraging its local market knowledge, residential experience, and development expertise to manage risk and maximize value. As the lead partner, RCP oversaw all aspects of design and delivery, and continued to provide asset management following the project’s disposition in 2018.
