301 Barber Avenue is a 108,000 SF flex/industrial building in Worcester, Massachusetts, located at the intersection of I-190/I-290. Initially constructed in 1991 for a retail tenant, a telecommunications company currently leases the space. Redgate is exploring value-add opportunities through releasing or redevelopment with additional density on site.
