Mixed-Use (Multifamily & Retail) Development

Ryder is a fully-amenitized, two-building, 200-unit multifamily property on two parcels at 20-50 Ocean Avenue and 21 Revere Beach Boulevard in Revere, Massachusetts. The first building is a stand-alone seven-story structure with 73 units; the second is also seven stories with 127 units and 5,300 SF of restaurant and retail space. The project includes 242 exclusive residential parking spaces (1.21 per dwelling unit), consistent with comparable projects along Revere Beach.

In June 2022, Redgate sold Ryder to a prestigious institutional buyer for $104M.
