Redgate is converting a former office headquarters into a premier, first-class life sciences asset at 100 Crosby Drive in Bedford, Massachusetts. The renovation will include new energy-efficient HVAC systems and completely refreshed amenities, including a conference and fitness center.  The 51-acre site, located in the life sciences corridor along the Middlesex Turnpike, is permitted by-right for life sciences use and has received a special permit for up to 300,000 SF of additional building space.
